What house types are available?

Three house types, all single-storey with 3 bedrooms and a private pool:
• Type A — 3 Bed / 2+1 Bath, 190 m² living area, plots 432–706 m².

• Type C — 3 Bed / 4 Bath, 250 m² living area, plots 566–600 m².

How long does construction take?

Typically 8–12 months from contract signing, depending on the house type and any custom modifications. We will give you a firm schedule once your plot, type, and specification are confirmed.
Are there any monthly maintenance fees?

No. Highland Villas 4 has no maintenance fees. The development uses 10-meter wide roads and Pranburi water supply, with each owner maintaining their own villa and garden.
